WELCOME TO NYSPIRC -NEW YORK STATE PARENTAL INFORMATION AND RESOURCE CENTERS
PIRCs are funded by the U. S. Department of Education and are located in every state and territory. New York State has two (2) PIRCs, sponsored by Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) and EPIC – Every Person Influences Children. Both PIRCs provide resources, services and technical assistance related to FAMILY ENGAGEMENT for families and schools.
